It felt like a one-time visit—nothing particularly appealing or memorable that would make me want to come back. Everything was decent overall. There were no major complaints, but at the same time, nothing stood out as great or exceptional. The billing counter was right behind us, and the constant chatter among the staff was distracting during the meal. As introverts, we didn’t feel comfortable calling it out at the time, but it did affect the overall experience.

China Bistro, Thane West has decent food and the taste was actually quite good. The service was also okay and the staff was polite and responsive. However, the seating condition really needs attention. The seat covers were dirty and did not look hygienic, which spoils the overall dining experience. Management should seriously take care of cleanliness, especially of the seats and upholstery, to make the place more comfortable and pleasant for customers.

This has been my go-to spot for Indo-Chinese for a while. They recently revamped the space & updated the menu both of which did not disappoint. We tried the triple mushroom, vegetable basil dumpling, vegetable croquet, kimchi fried rice & Hakka noodles (cooked in garlic). The flavors were on point. The only critiques are for the croquet since it was a little hard & the gravy had a lot of corn flour. We also tried 2 mocktails- spicy mango was good, tropical one was a little too sweet. Overall a great experience, definitely going back! They had a buffet too but it’s mostly preferred for non-veg.
